One day a coin is a 64 and the next it&#039;s a 67. One day a coin is returned body bagged and the next it is slabbed as MS65. Submit the same coin 7 different times and you&#039;ll likely get 5 different grades. </p><p><br /></p><p>Nonetheless, the majority of people perceive ICG to be the worst among the top 4 and PCGS to be the best. Perceptions held by the majority are often deceiving due to a belief in bad or misinformation.
