Why Franklins and PCGS ? For me Franklins NGC first PCGS 2nd but both are great- ASE raw , Kennedys raw - Morgans I have some but dont know much about them so raw again for me .Morgans are Great but to hard for me start to learn about collecting - and if I started collecting them now there is no way I could afford colect them.
