It's quite a story that would take a full page to explain, but suffice it to say they weren't prepared to handle all the "other stuff" that came with these sets that the submitters want returned. Then put the holiday season and the Fun show into this equation and it's been a royal nightmare. I sent my first set of five to NGC on Nov 18th. It took eight days to show as checked in, and they had them graded seven days later. I sent my second five sets in on Dec 7th and they didn't show up as checked in until Dec 22nd. They'e still waiting to be scheduled for grading.</p><p>These sets will probably go down as the most problematic issue ever minted, as from the first minute they went on sale at the US Mint ... the entire website crashed ... then the phones ... lol.
