That is no 64 by any stretch of the imagination. At least I wouldn't call it a 64.

Granted ANACS has been owned by 3 different parties , I think they are doing a decent job now , will it change in the future is anyones guess , thats why they say buy the coin in the slab not the slab itself . If you can't see the coin make sure you can return it , if not leave it alone . That goes for PCGS & NGC .
