THAT IS WHEN THE TROUBLE BEGAN,&nbsp; I started noticing that the BCW holders were releasing and not staying sealed, in fact some of the coins were completely out of the windows.</p><p>It would not be so bad if it were one or two but as I started checking all my coins, the ones I put in BCW holders the MAJORITY of them were no longer sealed.
