PCGS RCMR Question

PCGS Rare Coin Market Report (RCMR) Question:

$14.99 a piece.

I did not pay for them at all, and I keep getting them. Got the March/April 1955 Doubled Die MS65+RD.

And, the May/June Toned (badly in my opinion) $20 from S.S. Central America

That's $29.98 for free.... or will it be $69.99 for free???

And, why????

I still get them and the yearly Calendar too even though I canceled my membership a few years ago.

Hmmm, not sure then. I doubt they bought mailing lists to try to drum up business, but how else would they get your name and address?
