Yes pcgs and ngc have a more &quot;liquid capital&quot; value over anacs but at least anacs will take the time to explain their decisions and don&#039;t limit their certification of coins to &quot;what is presently popular&quot; (pcgs and ngc only cert top 100 vams as an example) They will also grade and certify problem/detail coins which pcgs won&#039;t and ngc doesn&#039;t care to.
