Since I haven't seen anyone else post it here, PCGS announced their Quarterly special and this time it is a nice one. For every 4 coins submitted that have a US president on them you only pay for three. Essentially 25% off your grading fees for the submission as long as every coin has a president on them. There is no limit for it either. They also confirmed that it can be used on world coins as well. You cannot mix US and World coins and every coin still needs to have a US president on it, but there are a lot of world coins that do have that. Errors can be used as well if every coin is an error with a US president.
