There's four quarterly specials this time around. The first is an express submission special where instead of $65 a coin you only pay %50. The second is an economy cross over special that applies to US coins only where the cost (aside from the 1 percent premium) drops from $22 a coin to $15 a coin. The third is variety attribution where the cost is $12 a coin and $6 for coins that don't get an attribution. The last one is the reholder special where you get a free TrueView.
