The first occurred about 10 years before that.</p><p><br /></p><p>And even after 2001 the very same game of resubmitting coins in previous generation holders for upgrades has been played several times more. And it is still being played today, vigorously. </p><p><br /></p><p>People who know what they are doing have known this all along and they have played the game many times. And the one and only thing that keeps this game going are all those people out there who do not know what they are doing.
