PCGS made a big mistake?

I think the buyer should be aware of what he or she is buying regardless of what is on the label. Saying that I do buy slabs with MS, PR , or AU if I can see the coin and can trust the seller.

My dad told my sister one time she could buy a pair of jeans that had a famous makers name on the rear pocket when that guy wore a pair with my dad's name on his butt. So I think buyer beware
