    I expected a VF20, or a details grade. These days it seems like a shot in the dark every time. I imagine that if a grader comes in to work and he just found out he owes $8k in taxes, that he won't be giving many grades that day.

    Which makes me really wonder how much the mindset or personal, in-your-head stuff that a grader has affects their work. Any thoughts on that?
