And does seem over worked. </p><p>Look at it this way, would you want people to be wasting time returning lame questions and emails about this bill and that bill or trying to help out where their backlog is and get some darn notes graded?</p><p>Is this a black eye and makes people think twice about sending product to them for grading...yes.
