    Good post Max.

Nobody here is disputing the quality of the service, I think we can all agree that (from what I can tell) the grading is accurate, the holders are nice and the graders are no doubt among the most knowledgable people on the subject.

This is simply a customer service issue. It is a big issue that they need to address. Customers expect to be responeded to when they have question on a service they are buying or have been given, particularly when it involves PCGS having their property in their possession. If business is so good, they should be able to hire a partime/fulltime secratary (they don't cost all that much) to respond to customer inquires and other office tasks.

Heck, you might not be too hard a time finding a amature numismatist who wants to get a foot in the door who would be willing to work cheap answering customer questions.

Just to let you know....we just received an email informing us that our submissions had been shipped. I haven't checked the website as to grading yet. I am holdng the letters I wrote that we talked about earlier....was giving them a few more days - why? I don't know, I'm actually a pretty nice person. I am grateful that someone took action on my concerns and I hope that the grading was actually done and we are not simply getting our currency back. That said, I would hope that management would work on organizational skills and customer service.
Wishing you all the best in getting your currency graded and returned soon!
