NGC became everything we were trying to avoid with the exclusivity of PCGS. On top of all that, the decision was made suddenly, and Mark Salzberg attempted to justify it with a series of ludicrous opinion pieces. It all felt like a slap in the face, driven by money. NGC was supposed to be the customer-oriented company - not PCGS with white slabs. So now, to suddenly reverse this terrible policy, and to brand it as an "upgrade" and a "new feature" seems like a double slap. Like I said, your opinions may vary. The way that you participate and enjoy the hobby is probably different from me. But some of us had very real and very negative reactions to NGC's policy change.[/QUOTE]
