guys, I don't know how many times I can explain it. I know it can take longer than the estimate, I know it isn't an ironclad guarnatee, I know it happens all the time, I know it isn't something new, I know I should expect it. My problem isn't the amount of time it is taking but that they told me 2 conflicting things one of which has to be wrong. It isn't a question of patience, these aren't high dollar coins I need in a hurry for an auction, when I get them they are going in the coin box. If they would have told me "hey we got really slammed, it's going to take a little longer than we thought we will try to get those to you this week" we wouldn't be having this discussion. I thought fellow collectors would like to know that PCGS gave me 2 different conflicting stories about what constitutes 30 business days. If giving 2 conflicting stories about what constitutes 30 days just say it doesn't bother you or ignore the thread, but don't try to say that there is nothing wrong with them giving me 2 different stories. That somehow this is actually a problem on MY end not THEIR end. I think desertgem was right, there isn't a future in this thread, so posters can keep posting that this is all about me being impatient and there is nothing wrong with giving 2 different stories and I will sit back and post the results when everything is done. Thanks for listening.
