They have absolutely zero expectation of ever getting their coins back within the estimated turn-around time. Rather they expect that estimated time to double most often. And should wonder of wonders actually come to pass and they get their coins back anywhere close to the estimated turn-around time - they claim it as being nothing short of a miracle and count their blessings.</p><p><br /></p><p>I guess what I&#039;m trying to tell you is this - if you submit coins to the TPGs, you&#039;ll get them back when you get them back and not before.
