I think it is clear they don't give 2 hoots, I believe it was different people each time, don't know. They both pulled up my order by the order number in the computer. I don't have access to anything that says how many business days we are at. I don't know how it turned into 4 pages either except for the fact that people want to purely fabricate anything they can to try to act like there really wasn't any problem at all. Let me try to sum it up one more time, after what I thought was 30 days I called PCGS to make sure my order was OK, I was told it was 20-30 business days not calendar days. My mistake, They told me the day I call was the 23rd business day and to call back if I hadn't heard anything by 30 business days, which would have been yesterday. I did nothing until the 30th day and called back, only to get a DIFFERENT STORY about what the number of business days had been. All of the sudden 30 business days wasn't Monday it was Thursday. I felt that was poor customer service and I decided to let others know about it. That's it! I know their times are estimates, I know it wasn't a contract signed in blood, I know things take longer than estimates sometimes, never said otherwise. If you think there is no problem with that, or that I am making it up I don't care. But I feel that is important enough to post about. If someone doesn't think it is a big deal or worth 4 pages then they should participate in another thread.
