Let&#039;s see here, they made the Policy that Sellers can&#039;t file negative Feedback against Buyers and now Sellers have to wait until the Buyers file Feedback before receiving their payment, so who is protecting the Seller in this, the Life Blood for eBay????!!!! I really think that it is time for the Federal Government to step in and take a few notches out of eBay&#039;s belt!
