Maybe my screen is insufficient, but I just don't see the evidence of counterfeit. Maybe you should take the coin to a dealer in gold and get a hands-on opinion.

I circled the spot where it looks like the die was tooled near the rim. I also circled some raised lumps. One of the 3 may be dust, but the other two I am fairly sure are metal.

 

You've got a better eye than I, Zane! Hard to tell with a picture that small, but I think it's authentic...
