Ditto. @Inspector43 is a master of understatement. That cob with the Port Royal provenance is very interesting! I don't recall having seen you post it before.
So you said, but I don't remember your arrival. It just kind of seemed like you'd been here all along. I joined in 2007 but only posted about ten times on whatever old forum must have existed back then, and then I wandered off and forgot about the place for nine years. I only returned and became active here in 2016. So I guess I'm going on seven years here now, despite my 16-year-old seniority date.
I wish I knew exactly when the like feature was put in place. I think the majority of my posts were before that. I wasn't around much from 2011-2021 give or take, but was a lot more active before that.
Congrats on achieving a well deserved milestone @Randy Abercrombie Your posts are always welcome in my eyes. I've learned a number of things about coins, collecting, and life in general reading your posts. You've got a wealth of knowledge and a gentlemanly way of presenting it. Been a pleasure getting to know you.
I consider this the highest of compliments, and Randy to be among the most deserving of us. In all of his time here, I cannot recall Randy participating without decorum.
Don’t even know how to respond this, fellows. It’s quite humbling actually. Thank you for the kind words.
Me too. I don't toss that compliment around willy nilly. Unnecessary to respond. You are who you are. We can all take lessons from you. Be well.
