Part of date misssing on 1964

    What about the reverse? A clearer picture might help as well.

    As it could be 4-9 you can weigh it. The 1964 is 12.5 grams, the 1965-69 are 11.5 grams.

    Not with a mint mark on the obverse. It could only be a 68-D or 69-D.

    Yes. I was not observant about the photo.
    It is a 40% 68 or 69. TY
