Hello everyone, going through some rolled pennies I bought and came across this 1965 penny. Seems like lots going on part of his head looks like it's missing. I looked closely at his head and seems like there is a number 5? What do I know that is why I'm posting this just curious, also it seems like letters going across his neck and on the back it looks like on the left hand side like a fence going upwards. Is this coin a mess or what? What makes a coin look like this? Thanks for your opinions and humor welcomed.

That would be a good one to throw in the garden and hope someone finds it a hundred years from now. A hundred years in the ground might actually help that coin.

It was eaten by a little thing caused corrosion. Spend it before it corrodes away to nothing.
