There were sellers who charged a small fortune (used hyperbole to describe/pawn off regular # notes as &#039;special&#039;) but there were also a lot of honest sellers who were charging great prices for radars &amp; repeaters, low #. I haven&#039;t really tried it recently so it may have changed but a few years ago it was quite easy to pick these up for only a few dollars more than a regular # note.</p><p><br /></p><p>Speaking of <b>NZ</b> [USER=75112]@BasSWarwick[/USER], I got this note (P<b>-163c</b>) for the same price as a regular note from a US dealer just this past year.
