The slave picking cotton at lower right features on a popular CSA note of the time (I believe the CSA note is derivative of this vignette, not identical), and cotton is the overall theme with the large central vignette of possibly Ceres or Moneta (or both!) on a cotton bale, and a scene of it looks like maybe cotton baling at the bottom right.
