It can primarily be seen (in hand) in the center vertical area of the face (left of portrait vignette) and again on the back of this note. In the scan you may be able to see some trace of this 'glue' showing on the back side, just to the right of the Capitol dome. However this note came to me as a special opportunity to add a high denomination note to my small-sized St. Louis FRN collection. It's something that I don't expect be able to do very often. At least the St. Louis Series 1934A doesn't have a star (*) for this Series, so I can check it off my list. The Series 1928 and Series 1934 do have both stars and non-star issues.
