As far as worldwide recognition and ease of sale do Pamp Bars get the same sort of instant liquidity?
There seem to be more collectors of coins than bars. Right now it doesn't seem to make a difference. Someday, it might.
I think it depends on where you are trying to sell it. In the USA, it's very easy for a buyer to determine if a AGE is fake or not. By design, it's a very difficult item to counterfiet and there are very simple tools that can be used to determine if it is valid. With any bullion bar, it you get into the issue of assay. While the bar has less of a premium on it when you buy it, the downside is that you won't get as much for it when you sell it. For worldwide recognition, I would recommend the Krugerrand.
