Package Stolen???

Someone must be able to, or else what's the point of getting a signature in the first place?

I tried to see the signature. They ask for a 9 digit order code(not the tracking number) or something and I put it in and got a record of the delivery but it did not show the signature. Maybe I did not have the right code??
