Just don't go to one of those "shipping stores" and rent one of their "PO Boxes". They deliver to you as long as you pay their fee. Stop paying and they stop putting your mail out for you and tell you it's been returned. In fact, stop paying their fee and they throw your mail away. Does no good to go to the USPS to put in a change of address form, not even the USPS can forward your mail from one of those "stores".
