It's an O-103 . Dot above the left wing is a PUP .

 

United States Early HAlf Dollar Die Varieties by Donald Parsley is a must have , but get the 3rd or 5th Editions as the pics are better . Also Dr. Petersons book is a must have .

Nice half dollars, not sure on Overton but I like it. Looks good for being 202 years old, struck when James Madison was president.

 

Wish I could figure it out , as I feel for our French Brothers and Sisters and will back them in their time of need .
