To the tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of buyers who have no idea what they are doing. Well, that&#039;s pretty much what ebay has turned into - it&#039;s just another version of the TV scams. </p><p><br /></p><p>Only it&#039;s one that allows John Q Public to participate in those scams. It allows the average citizen to be the one taking advantage of all the other average citizens who have no idea what they are doing when they buy coins. </p><p><br /></p><p>That&#039;s what ebay has turned into, only it didn&#039;t happen recently - it happened years ago.
