nice clipped planchets, I agree with kurt though on the doubling. The 38 is really shelf like so it is almost certainly machine doubling. The 39 on the other hand bears some closer examination.

1 cent 1936, Newfoundland, bronze, weight - 3,24 g. George V the king. This coin circulated after the death of the George V in 1936. Edward VIII the king (1936) have not own newfoundland"s coins. Only George VI the king (1936-1952) mint new coins of this colony.
