Ottoman coin

Hello, can you help me with this one, i know it is Mehmed IV, but is it dirham or beslik??? Lybia, or Syria? Diameter is 18mm, and weight is 1,4gr.

More likely to be a silver Dirham which was struck in Constantinople or Aleppo.
Hope I'm right.

 

I'm pretty certain the weight indicates a beslik. Very uncertain: in my limited experience the tughra means it's from Syria, not Tripoli.

In any case, nice coin!
