I missed this thread. I have tried to dig out some coins from my collection that I don't recall having shared here before.

Possibly the only known example but a reverse die match with a Julia Domna in Vienna.

A common type for Rome but apparently much harder to find from the oriental mint

Great coins!

I still do not have one blessed coin from this tyrant. Caracalla inherited a lot of his Dad's bad genes. He ranks as one of the ten worst Emperors. However, I still want to get some of his aurei/ denari.
