It&#039;s dated December 1st 1969, just about 11 and a half months after Joseph W Barr was taken off as the Secretary of the Treasury. In the strap, I found 2 trinaries that are both pictured in the scan. One of the bills that I can note in the strap has a stamp around Washington&#039;s portrait that says &quot;Protest&quot;. That&#039;s just the kind of stuff that I really take a liking to, even if it potentially inflates the value of that bill. The strap is unfortunately limited to BG&#039;s, mainly JC&#039;s, and LG&#039;s. The same day I bought this strap from my neighbor, I was strap searching at a local BOA and I found 2 more LF Barr&#039;s. I thought that was a little ironic considering that I rarely find Barr&#039;s strap searching and I just so happened to find 2 together in one strap the same day I bought this original strap.
