Opinions on grade for 1899 Barber Quarter

    If you got it for a price lower than what a problem free VF would cost, it would be a good buy for an album. That kind of damage would be hard to see in something like a Dansco album but the rest of the coin would still look nice.

    Agree...it has great details left - but the rim damage really reduces the value.
    I'd price it as a VG 10. It's a perfect type coin for a YN for their 7070.
