    I think the bad hit on the cheek will hold it to a 63. As for the designation, that depends on what standard you use. PCGS might say DMPL but I doubt NGC would.

    Id say it might not even make a 63 although a very nice coin. I would say honestly 62 PL.

    yeah i still have to get ngc dmpl coin sometime this year. thanks for your grade. will go submit it to pcgs whent hey come to the CICF and let you know the results by sept of this year ;)
