Opinion on 1988 Lincoln With 89 Reverse

Does this look like a 89 Reverse .
It's the only good image I have of the FG too ..

Hard to tell.

From how close together the crossbars look on the "F" and how fat the "FG" appears, I would say yes. But would need better focused photo to confirm.

 

I just purchased it last night on ebay and it's also a MAD .
Here's all the images I have, for now ..

 

That's a slightly off-center strike, not a Misaligned Die. Both sides show an offset of the design. As for if the initials match up, I think we need clearer photos.

 

It's set to be mailed today and thanks for the correction on the error ..

 

Coin came in today and the grinder, was very busy on this die .

I imagine off center is a "better" error than MAD.
MAD being more common and only on one side.
