Opinion of grade?

Also note this...
ANACS is about stonger on Jefferson Nickels and Franklin halves more than anyone--I have Franklins graded by them that anyother place would put 1 to 2 points higher...
I think ANACS is one of the best...and I also have coins that I think are graded right...but that goes for any grading Co...NGC/ICG/PCI/PCGS

The coin on Heritage went for more than I thought it would....I don't see any rim bumps so I think that it was a better coin for the VF grade then this one....but alas...all we have are photos...if we had the coin in hand we might see something totaly the other way!
