No worries, we can find them in your albums, esp. if it helps pay your charity tax. :)

I bought 30 coins this year, nothing like the quality of the aureus and Caesar elephant denarius. Nice coins, @4to2centBC !

My best late Roman AE from this year is better than his best late Roman AE from this year! [He didn't buy any.] (You just have to look at these things with the right perspective to feel good about them.)

Yes, it is atypical for Islamic coinage, which is why I bought it. Plus this style coin also has a sweet, although probably apocryphal, back story.

    Not terribly expensive either.

Wow! Especially at the gold Tribute penny!

Your credit card has a lot more juice than mine! I could probably buy a pizza or two with mine. :(

I got a Seljuq this year as well. I liked the contrasting toning on this one, and the little moon and star to the left of the sunface.

Great top ten coins! Furthermore/ useing your credit card to purchase rare coins is a good investment, plus it makes you a happy camper:happy: I have to disagree about the upcoming CNG Triton XXI Auction....there are SOOOOOOOO many wonderfull coins I would love to own, however back to reality=I can only afford one or two:(

Sigh............well, now I have a bid on some British gold. Certainly not the winning bid, yet.

Hopefully your interest lies with the Transylvanian gold.

I have my sights on 10 different coins/ AV coins from.....Celtic/Sassanian/Kushan/Macedon/Syria/Merovingian/Byzantine Empires.
I ONLY have $ for one or two....so it will depend on how crazy the bidding gets. I wish you luck on your British gold endeavors:cat: I saw that MS-67+ Noble WOW! I bought a "virtually as struck" Henry VI AV Quarter Noble. I thought to have it slabbed, just for fun....turned out to be same grade MS-67+;)! Biggest mistake I ever made, I scanned DNW Auction for "unsold lots" Well there was a AV 5 Guineas 1694 Willian III/Mary in "near mint state" looked way better then a Ms-65 from Heritage Platinum Night auction. Long story short/ it was avaliable for 12K UK Pounds(starting bid+com fees) Should have gone into debt to have bought it:(
