Toning jobs done by people who don&#039;t know what they are doing in other words.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, you take all of that and put it together, and what you have are so many different variables that all you can do is to say that the toning is questionable. Or to out it another way it&#039;s the TPG saying - we don&#039;t know for an absolute fact that this toning is artificial, but we think it might be.
