One dollar fancy serial numbers question

Does it have any value? I would appreciate any advice. I typically just collect coins

    I'd guess you could find a serial number collector willing to pay you a few bucks for it, even with the damage.

    Welcome to CT @Sherie .

    It’s a radar. Some would also include the term binary, but I reserve that for a note with 1s and 0s. The condition and stamp affect the value, but I’m sure someone will want it.

    It's a binary radar note. Even with the damage from a tellers stamp it should bring a small premium to a collector of sorts.
