If the letter at the beginning of the serial number bigger than the letter at the end of the serial number of a dollar bill is that an error?

Why would a back plate number be smaller than normal back plate print?
    Anyone?

We need to see photos of the complete front of the notes to answer your question.

    Good morning.. question?
I have this $1 where it seems that the back of the bill has 2 sets of numbers.two digits on the left that is really really really small (way smaller than micro size) and a set of numbers on the right(micro size).
I tried to get a clear picture for you.
My question is, is this a possible mule note on a 2017 series?
Also the "note position " A3 in front of the bill are the same size (macro size), while the "plate serial number" A32 also front of the bill bottom right 32 is (micro size). Along with the number on the back side 36 being a micro size..
Hope I'm not confusing you any insight would be appreciated
Thanks in advance for the help

The circled area on the left looks like dirt, not numbers.

The right side number, 36 is normal. I can’t make out a number as the left side gets blurry. Dirt like Steve said as there shouldn’t be anything there.

I tried to take a better picture but my phone isn't that great for close ups for this.. I see a F5 OR FS, but like you both said it could be dirt..
Thanks for the help and time tho..

Kinds does look like an F5 so it’s very possible that if so, it’s not from the BEP but from another source not connected with them.

Something small but it magnifies. So have you used a magnifying glass to try and determine what that is? If you can enlarge , ask yourself if the ink matches the ink that the bill is prints with.
