If I decide I want a coin I just stop buying everything and save my money. Eventually I can afford to buy that coin.

    There's not just one.:)

How about a draped bust dollar in at least VF?

I think I need another 1872 S seated dollar. They are quite affordable considering the 9000 mintage. I sold the one I had because it had problems that bugged me.

There are lots of thalers and other world stuff that I could mention....

Oh yeah, the 1815 half is a hole in my CBH lineup.....

Another one I would want is this one. I would have to spend all of my money on this one coin.

Lol, we all do that. I would never want to know how many typos I have typed here on CT. I wasn't trying to be "smart" or call you out on it, just didn't want newbies confused.

At least this ancient collector proved he still knows a couple of things about US coins. ;)

Sheridan D. currently has one for sale... but it’s only an R2, that’s why I am not really interested ;-)

I think right now the top of my want list is a au original skin 78-cc trade dollar. A chain cent with decent surfaces isn’t far behind

There are many but I'll pick the 1864 2 Cent Piece with the small motto. Its one of the last 2 coins I need to complete my set.

I saw a 1955 double die very affordable on ebay, but it was cleaned. Is that a deal breaker?

Not so much because it is cleaned as it is more than I am interested in spending. Thanks for the heads up though. There was another one too that was only graded as being genuine.

One of those gold coins out of that barrel of gold coins that couple found on their property while walking their dog a few years back, known as the Saddle Ridge Hoard. Just one...any one of them, that's all I would need.

BTW - It's a big mystery how those coins got there. I'm sure we'd get our answer if Sarah Winchester was still alive.
