Since when does PCGS "split grade"?

Referring to their designation of "P/FR"...

This is a little late however, nice chain cent xGAJx!
Its grade may be low but it is the REAL THING.
I'd be proud to own one like it.

Well, here is the best 1 cent toner I have. PCGS felt it was derserving of a PR-66 grade

It's a Chain Cent, enough said.

Well, almost enough, the chain looks better than some I've seen graded higher.......be a proud owner.

 

This one was 1 1944-P AU+ I picked up @ a yard sale but when???
I have picked up about 15 Book#2 Whitman @ yards sales over the yrs.
