I remember getting 3 2019 W coins with some other purchases. One was Proof, another was Uncirculated, and the third was Reverse Proof. The 2019 W Proof was included as a premium in the U.S. Mint 2019 Uncirculated Coin Set. The 2019 W Uncirculated was included as a premium in the U.S. Mint 2019 Uncirculated Coin Set, and the 2019 W Reverse Proof was included as a premium in the U.S. Mint 2019 Silver Proof Set. Any error I made is totally my fault by incorrectly reporting this information.

It does kind of prove the point though that MS69 and MS70 is an arbitrary grade that the companies give out or exclude based on their rules and not so much their criteria.

No cent gets MS70, like ever. No circulation strike does, and yet if they give it an SP qualifier like they did with mint set coins in 2005-2010 or this W cent it's plentiful..... they lose credibility with me because of things like this. A perfect 70 shouldn't have hundreds of examples, or it should be easier to achieve across the board.
They do it for the dealers in my opinion, just like they do with silver eagles.... anyway, carry on and stay thirsty my friends!

I haven't gotten far enough in my coin collection education that I can't tell the difference between a MS70, MS69 also PF70 and PF69. I have only had 2 coins graded. I had a 1895 $10 Liberty Head NGC MS61 and a 1904 $20 Liberty Head NGC UNC DETAILS. I don't like what you have to do to getting graded. Almost all I have graded, I bought graded, and I did get some MS70s and PF70s. They were expensive, but at least I know what I have when I buy a graded coin.

This is just too easy to believe these days. I know that there is very little dignity left in big businesses. Boards of directors do not worry about moral decisions and sleep just fine.
