    Here is what I know:
It is a Persia, Qajar: Nasir al-din shah, AE 10 Krans/ Toman 1301 I think.
I have found restrikes with the same markings however I can not find the original anywhere so see what the variations are, if there are any.

Can anyone help figure out what this is, how to tell if it is original or restrike or fake (I know it is silver), and how much it may be worth?

Looks to be a novelty copy of a medallic 10 kran. The quality of the details is more crude than originals. Also design changes like the wording surrounding the bust whereas it should be a wreath and the mintmark "B" is missing from the bottom of the reverse.

Also you may want to ask the moderators to move this thread to the World coins section, it will get seen by more people there that are into this type of thing.

The WiW forum is fine, of course, if somebody wants to know just that, as it is not country specific. But this topic goes beyond the "value" question, so ... moved to World. :)
