As far as I can tell, they look like the originals. So beware! I believe someone could have a good business by buying up proof sets, checking them &amp; submitting the better coins for certification, then re-sealing the rejected sets in these original looking envelopes to sell as &quot;unopened&quot; sets. This has been one of my biggest beefs with the coin business today. On any given day you can see almost any mint product box &amp; COA for sale on eBay. How can you tell anymore if a set is really original? There are even places you can purchase the CSA boxes &amp; COA&#039;s from the government issued Morgan dollars.
