Looks pretty rough Jake. Personally and respectfully, I wouldn’t value it above face, but you’re the same dude that posted what I thought was a minor underinking on a fairly worn $1 note, only to sell it for $257, so what do I know ?

Why would it be worth over face value?

Spend it.. Or send it to Heritage auctions.

And it is $10 not 10$

Some people believe that because it’s old, it’s valuable. Sometimes an old, worn, stained note is just that, an old, worn, stained note. It’s kinda the same with collector cars. Not all old worn out cars are collectible.

Worth face value, keep it or spend it, it's just a $10 note in terrible condition.

    $10.
Some places won't even accept it since they have only been alive long enough to see the big head money.

Realy depends if you find someone who wants it enough for maby a year set or federal reserve bank set. If not then yeah probably face. Its only worth as much as someone will pay for it.

It's worth face value. It's from 1974 so its not that old. I mean it's younger than me. :)
