It take about 5 minutes to go to www.apache.org and put a basic server up. Even with my 15 hour work days I'm able to find time to do it. I really thought by this time everyone on the internet would have basic publishing tools on their OS. The problem holding this back has been fights witht he Music industry and the effort to ofuscate computer basics to encorouge consumerism by big companies like time-warner. But EVERYONE should have their own email server and web server who is connected to the net with broadband.
